Sales Coordinator / Territory Sales Officer

About the Role:

Retailync, a portfolio company of The Services Tree, is looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator / Territory Sales Officer to join our team. This role will primarily be office-based, with occasional shop/site visits (1–2 days per week) alongside the sales team when required. The ideal candidate will provide operational support, coordinate with the sales team, and assist in building relationships with retailers for FMCG products.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day sales operations and act as a bridge between the office and field sales team.
• Visit shops, if required, 1–2 days on the field or with the sales team, to monitor sales activities and strengthen retailer relationships.
• Support sales functions including order processing, documentation, and reporting.
• Assist with delivery coordination, inventory management, and follow-ups with retailers.
• Collect and share market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of sales performance and shop visits.
• Help the sales team achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, field sales, or FMCG (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel locally for shop/site visits when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
