Overview:

The Sales CSR in Dispatch is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, coordinating loads with dispatch, and ensuring all shipments run smoothly. This role combines sales performance with operational coordination to support fleet utilization and company revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and secure new sales opportunities by identifying potential clients, brokers, and load sources.
  • Assist dispatchers by assigning, monitoring, and tracking loads to support seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage monthly sales and revenue targets, ensuring optimal truck utilization and inventory planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing regular shipment updates and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate load documentation, including BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and system entries.
  • Coordinate with clients and drivers on load details, proactively communicating delays, changes, or issues.
  • Work closely with dispatch to match available trucks with profitable loads to maximize margins.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations through proper documentation and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in trucking sales, dispatch sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dispatch and sales environment.
  • Understanding of U.S./Canada lanes, load boards, and trucking operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch/TMS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
