About the Role

House of Flowers is hiring Sales & Customer Service Executives to handle client queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and our website advising customers, closing orders, and following each one through to delivery. Strong communication is what matters most. You'll also support the marketing team with product photos. Shift-based, on-site in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer queries across all channels: Handle incoming queries on Instagram, Facebook, the website, and WhatsApp during your assigned shift.
  • Consultative selling: Understand each customer's requirement- occasion, budget, recipient, delivery date and recommend the best fit from our range to convert the enquiry into a confirmed order.
  • Order logging: Once an order is confirmed, log it accurately in the order tracking sheet with all delivery and customer details.
  • Order making: Coordinate with the branch and arrangement team to ensure each confirmed order is prepared on time and to the standard the customer expects.
  • Delivery follow-up: Track every order through to delivery. Stay in touch with the customer, share updates, and confirm the order has been received in good condition.
  • Full-cycle ownership: Own the customer experience end-to-end ,from first message to post-delivery confirmation and resolve issues quickly when they come up.
  • Product photography: Take photos of new arrivals, bouquets, gift boxes, and event setups. Post approved content on Instagram and Facebook as per the marketing plan.
  • Content collaboration: Share ideas, photos, and short video clips with the Marketing Manager for reels, stories, and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager: Follow the content calendar and posting schedule, attend planning check-ins, and flag what's working or not working with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Customer-first mindset - patient, friendly, and professional in every interaction.
  • Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and basic website chat tools.
  • Good photography and short-video skills using a mobile phone.
  • Organised and reliable - able to track multiple orders without anything slipping through.
  • Quick thinker who can advise customers in real time and recommend the right product.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or social media support are welcome to apply.
