Sales Development Consultant (Female)

  • Remote work for candidates from Oman, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt
  • Generate leads through email & direct contact campaigns
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities as a secondary source
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls, LinkedIn/social selling, and emails
  • Present our company to potential prospects via customer presentations & demos
  • Work closely with the marketing team to map customer insights, nurture sequences, and email/campaign cadence; collaborate with the solutions/product team for demos & pushing opportunities down the funnel; and partner with the sales team to close contracts
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • 4-7 years in enterprise-level B2B Sales Development, Demand Generation, or Business Development roles, ideally within SaaS and HR Tech industries. Experience supporting or working through large scale enterprise acquisitions (e.g., Goldman Sachs) is a strong plus.
