Sales Development Representative

Brandix Soft is a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving clients in the UK and US. We provide SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Performance Marketing services to help businesses grow their online presence.

As part of our expansion, we are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our Lahore team. This is a great opportunity to build a career in tech sales, working with international clients in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Make 100+ outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach efforts daily
• Qualify leads based on need, budget, and decision-making authority
• Book 15+ qualified meetings/demos per month for the senior sales team

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Log activities, update lead statuses, and track call outcomes
• Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach and targeting

Performance Metrics

• Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, and conversions
• Maintain a 20%+ lead-to-demo conversion rate
• Continuously improve communication and consultative selling skills

Qualifications

Required:

• 1+ year of international cold calling, lead generation, or B2B sales experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English (neutral or UK/US accent)
• Must be based in Lahore (on-site position only)

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM)
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
• Resilient, results-driven, and able to handle rejection

Education:

• Minimum: Matric / O-Levels
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory)

Work Schedule

• UK Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
• On-site only (no remote work option)
