Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least three years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify potential clients, nurture qualified leads, and support the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and effective communication. This role plays a key part in driving company growth by connecting with prospects, understanding their business needs, and setting up successful sales opportunities for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, CRM databases, email campaigns, and outbound calls.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined sales criteria and convert them into opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach through personalized emails, cold calls, and social selling to engage decision-makers.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos between qualified leads and the sales or account management teams.
  • Track and manage all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to lead generation, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback on lead quality, market trends, and prospect responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales role.
  • Proven success in B2B lead generation, prospecting, or outbound sales environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Efficiency in using tools like apollo and zoom info for data gathering and sales email sequences.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and resilient approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling in the technology, SaaS, or digital services industry.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Apollo).
  • Knowledge of sales pipelines, lead nurturing, and data-driven decision-making.
