Dakia is a high-growth legal tech startup incubated at the National Incubation Center (NIC). We are transforming how Personal Injury law firms handle intake. Our proprietary AI and Dakia CRM ensure that law firms never miss a high-value "Whale" case, providing 24/7 automated response and data entry. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us dominate the U.S. market.
The Role
As our SDR, you will be the "tip of the spear." Your primary goal is to perform heavy outbound prospecting to Personal Injury law firms across the United States. You will be responsible for cold calling, cold emailing, linkedin outreach qualifying law firm owners, and booking demos for our executive team.
What You’ll Do

  • Outbound Mastery: Conduct 200+ outbound cold calls per day to Personal Injury law firm partners and intake managers.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify the firm's current pain points (missed after-hour leads, manual data entry, lead leakage) and position Dakia as the solution.
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully book high-quality demos and discovery calls.
  • CRM Management: Maintain clean records of every interaction within our system.
  • Market Intelligence: Help us refine our pitch by reporting on common objections and competitor tools.

  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You aren't afraid of the word "No." You are persistent, resilient, and driven by targets.
  • Exceptional Communication: You have a professional, persuasive phone presence and can talk to high-level attorneys with confidence.
  • Legal/Tech Interest: Previous experience selling to law firms or selling SaaS/AI tools is a massive plus.
  • Organization: You are a pro at managing your pipeline and following up until the meeting is set.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using VOIP tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
