Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our team for a US-based campaign. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in cold calling. This role requires working night shifts and engaging with international clients professionally and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers

Present and promote company products/services effectively

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

Handle objections and close sales professionally

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations

Required Skills

Strong English communication skills (spoken)

Confidence in cold calling and handling objections

Persuasive sales and negotiation skills

Target-driven mindset

Basic computer knowledge (CRM and MS Office preferred)

Requirements

Prior experience in sales or call center (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to work night shifts (US time zone)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented
