Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setters (Design)

Hiring: SDR / Appointment Setter (On-Site – Design Unit)

We’re looking for a sharp, disciplined SDR to support our Design unit. This is an on-site role.

Your core responsibility is simple: fill the calendar with qualified meetings and make sure prospects actually show up.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Set up meetings for the closing team
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups (calls, emails, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Maintain strong show-up ratios
  • Keep the calendar fully booked with qualified prospects
  • Update CRM and track all communication properly

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Clear, confident English (spoken and written)
  • Organized and consistent with follow-ups
  • Experience in outbound prospecting is a plus
  • Professional, presentable, and accountable
