To support our continued growth, we are hiring experienced SDRs based in Lahore to drive lead generation, qualify prospects, and own the full sales cycle through to close .

Role Overview

This role goes beyond lead generation. As an SDR at Hazentech, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying them using BANT , and closing recurring revenue deals . You must have experience carrying a sales quota and demonstrate the ability to manage a pipeline from prospecting to contract signature.

A strong candidate will be able to explain their past targets, outreach activity metrics, deal results, and how they manage their day-to-day performance. You'll be expected to sell complex services in a consultative manner to decision-makers in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to U.S.-based prospects
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects.
  • Qualify leads using the BANT framework and identify high-value opportunities.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle — from discovery to closing.
  • Sell recurring services (monthly retainers, long-term outsourcing agreements).
  • Maintain and report on a personal sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Track and meet or exceed monthly sales quota and activity KPIs.
  • Use CRM tools like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce to log activities and manage deals.
  • Understand prospect challenges and deliver tailored solutions aligned with their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations and delivery) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Identify and research key decision-makers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, ideally for recurring or SaaS-like services.
  • Strong deal-closing skills — must be able to independently take deals from lead to signed contract.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can articulate value in the prospects language.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through disciplined outreach.
  • Highly accountable with the ability to explain daily/weekly activity plans and their link to results.
  • Familiar with consultative sales, particularly in service-based environments.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role.
  • Proven SDR outbound experience engaging U.S. prospects across phone, email, LinkedIn etc.
  • Prior experience selling outsourcing, recurring services, or SaaS to U.S./international clients.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, not just lead generation.
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable working U.S. EST hours (night shift).
  • Good expertise in prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with potential clients
  • Strong abilities to understand the market dynamics of outsourcing services, and client needs.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent skills required in articulating the results and sales performance.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales-related KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership / Personal Competencies: Critical thinking, Problem-solving and attention to detail, Result-Orientation, Resilience & Persistence, Initiative Taking.
  • Undergraduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
