Digital Phantom is a full-service digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through data-driven strategies and creative solutions. We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and contribute to our international sales efforts.

Job Description

As an SDR at Digital Phantom, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and booking appointments for our sales team. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Canadian and US markets.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social platforms
  • Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Book appointments and demos with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written English must be strong)
  • Comfortable working in Canadian/US time zones
  • Proficient with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Remote position (work from home)
  • 6 days a week
  • Competitive salary package.
