Position: Sales Director

Location: Al Barsha 1, Dubai, UAE

Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Director who will oversee our sales team, develop business strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and developers. You’ll play a key role in achieving company targets and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director / Sales Manager in real estate (minimum 3–6 years in the UAE market preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE property market and developer relations.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
