Sales Division Manager

Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Sales Division Manager with strong knowledge of the FMCG sector to lead and drive our sales operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales team, develop strategies to achieve targets, and ensure consistent growth across the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the FMCG sector.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities and product launches.
  • Ensure effective distribution, stock management, and coverage across the assigned territory.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Train and develop the sales team to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Must be available in Qatar and can join immediately.
