Job Summary-: This position will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, would be responsible to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationship and ensures customer satisfaction, while also managing the sales process from initial customer contact to final sale. They may oversee both new and used vehicle sales, manage inventory, and work with other departments to streamline the sales process.

Job Responsibilities-:

Market Research/Sales Strategy and Lead Generation/Execution:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, managing sales teams, and expanding market share.

Identify and pursue new leads in industrial and commercial sectors

Sales Target & Managing the Sales Pipeline:

Setting the Sales Target on monthly basis and driving to accomplish it.

Review regularly the targets and make amendments and adjustments if necessary.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.

Maintaining records and provide regular sales reports

Technical Knowledge-:

Possessing in-depth knowledge of diesel engines and related products to effectively address customer inquiries and provide expert advice.

Negotiations & Budget Management:

Managing sales budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Must be expertise in terms of negotiations with suppliers and customers to increase the profitability of the business.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Understanding their needs and addressing their concerns.

Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Note-: Driving License Must

Experienced in Auto motive industry, auto parts sales, heavy vehicles, diesel industry knowledge.

Arabic Speaking must
