Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and construction sectors, with a focus on acoustic ceiling solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end-users to increase market share.
• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our acoustic ceiling solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and product specifications.
• Technical Expertise:
• Leverage technical knowledge of acoustic ceiling systems to recommend the best solutions for clients' needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and new products to ensure you can offer the most current and effective solutions.
• Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure products meet customer specifications and project requirements.
• Project Management:
• Assist in the management of projects from initial sale through installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely project completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, installations, and after-sales support.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth communication.
• Sales Reporting:
• Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
• Proven experience in selling and promoting acoustic ceiling solutions or related products is highly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of interior building materials and design trends.
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
