1. Dealer Network Development:

Assist in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing new dealers in the region.

Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and channel partners.

Conduct regular dealer visits to support sales activities and understand ground realities.
2. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth:

Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Support dealers in achieving their sales goals and improving product reach.

Monitor market performance and propose corrective actions where required.
3. Market Intelligence:

Gather insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and regional market trends.

Share timely feedback with the Manager Dealer Sales to support strategic decisions.
4. Customer Satisfaction:

Address dealer and end-customer queries professionally and promptly.

Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales visits, dealer activities, and customer interactions.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Manager Dealer Sales.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
-
1–3 years of experience in industrial/electrical sales (dealer network experience preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
Technical knowledge of electrical products like circuit breakers, panel components, or instrumentation will be a plus.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
