Description:
- Support sales, personally manage relationships with customer through extensive interaction.
- Understand the needs of the customer and technical consulting during product selection. Develop customer specific solutions with the support of the group headquarter in Switzerland -
- Assist in Technical configuration, product selection & creation of solution concepts for existing and potential customers.
- Work out complete offers, Market research and analysis & back office operations.
- Assure excellent after,sales support
- Assist Personal selling, Expand customer base & drive the sales growth according to set goals -
- Actively support and participate in marketing activities (trade fairs, advertising campaign, customer seminars)
- Continuous market and competitor analysis. Feedback new opportunities and product ideas
- Assistance for sales budgeting and planning process
- Gain a full understanding of the products, their features and functions. Continuous product training
- Assure excellent communication and information exchange with local and group headquarter providing accurate information and reporting
- Close collaboration with the local sales administration and logistics.
