Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for heat exchanger products across key industries (Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, HVAC, etc.)
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, EPC contractors, and consultants
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements
- Provide product selection, sizing, and technical support to customers
- Coordinate with internal engineering and manufacturing teams for customized solutions
- Participate in tenders, bidding processes, and contract negotiations
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in sales of heat exchangers or similar thermal equipment
- Strong knowledge of heat exchanger types (Shell & Tube, Air-Cooled, etc.)
- Experience working with EPC contractors and industrial clients in the Middle East
- Familiarity with international standards (ASME, TEMA, API, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driving license (preferred in Oman/GCC)
Preferred Skills:
- Technical understanding of thermal calculations and selection software
- Existing client network in Oman or GCC market
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Pay: RO700.000 - RO800.000 per month
