We specialize in industrial and safety valve services, HRSG boiler maintenance, turbine repair, machining, and reverse engineering.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Engineer – Service & Trading to drive business growth through developing and managing client relationships, promoting our mechanical maintenance services, and handling trading of spare parts and equipment (especially valves, boilers, turbines, and related components).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in oil & gas, power, water, and utilities sectors.
  • Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial proposals for valve refurbishment, boiler and turbine maintenance, and mechanical services.
  • Support clients with technical advice, feasibility assessments, and quotations.
  • Manage spare parts sourcing and trading (valves, safety valves, instrumentation, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal technical, procurement, and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in sales, business development, or trading within mechanical services, valve/boiler systems, or industrial maintenance (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of valves, boilers, turbines, flow meters, and relevant standards (ASME, API, ISO).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Other: Valid UAE driving license preferred; willingness to travel to client sites.
