Sales Engineer - Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Promote NAFFCO’s fire protection, firefighting, and safety solutions
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
  • Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams for project execution
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and ongoing projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas (preferably in fire protection or safety systems)
  • Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas industry standards and requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid Qatar driving license is preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, or safety solutions
  • Familiarity with major Oil & Gas clients and contractors in Qatar
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding
