About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our Business Development team in the Medical Billing industry. The candidate must have experience in U.S. sales cycles, expertise in deal closing, and strong client relationship skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert new business opportunities in the U.S. healthcare/medical billing market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Account Executive, or Sales Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. sales strategies, lead generation, and closing techniques.
  • Familiarity with Motive/Podium platforms (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. hours).
  • Knowledge of the medical billing industry is an advantage.
