Job Title: Sales Conversion Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Conversion Executives to join our team. The role focuses on converting qualified leads (generated through marketing campaigns) into successful sales. This position requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads received through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Understand customer needs and present relevant product/service solutions.
  • Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain conversion benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales on CRM.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, telesales, or lead conversion (experience in product-based sales is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Urdu; basic English required.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and close sales effectively.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
