HOF Migration is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our immigration and visa services, generating new leads, and converting prospects into clients. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth by providing professional guidance to individuals seeking to relocate abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media
- Conduct consultations to explain various immigration options and assess client eligibility
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales funnel
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration programs and application procedures
- Keep the CRM system updated with all interactions and activities
- Collaborate with the processing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Participate in marketing and business development initiatives as required
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in immigration industry is an advantage)
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
- Target-driven with a proven record of converting leads into clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
