Sales Executive

Job Overview

We’re looking for a friendly and professional Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
• Ensure all interactions are logged and customer information is up-to-date.

Requirements

• Simple fresh graduate or entry level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
