Community Manager (Twitch & Discord)

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to help grow and engage our community on Twitch and Discord. The ideal candidate should be familiar with streaming culture, online communities, and know how to keep audiences active and entertained.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and moderate our Discord server and Twitch chat.
• Create engaging posts, announcements, and community events.
• Interact with viewers and followers to build a strong community.
• Collaborate with the content team to promote streams and activities.
• Monitor chat behavior, enforce rules, and maintain a positive environment.
• Suggest creative ideas to increase engagement and followers.

Requirements:

• Experience with Twitch, Discord, or other community platforms.
• Strong communication skills (English preferred).
• Ability to engage with online communities in a friendly and professional way.
• Creative mindset with knowledge of memes, trends, and gaming culture.
• Previous experience in community management is a plus.

Salary: Basic + Commission (details will be discussed during the interview).
