Sales Executive

  • dentify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials market.
  • Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, architects, and dealers to promote company products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Follow up on payments and coordinate with the accounts team for collections.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum [2–5] years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials or construction-related products.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the local construction market
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
