Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

· Identify new sales opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

· Present and promote the company's products and services to clients.

· Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

· Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

· Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree

· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

· Strong communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
