Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and result-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic retail team. As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. Your role is to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and provide a superior shopping experience, while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Understand customer requirements and assist in product selection for furniture, décor, and textiles.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full product range, features, and pricing.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and process sales orders efficiently and accurately.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up on deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in the showroom.
• Coordinate with the logistics and customer service team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and current trends in furniture and interior design.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or intermediate education (minimum).
• 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or luxury retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for home interiors, customer service, and sales.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Basic computer knowledge for invoicing and CRM updates.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
