Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Executive to manage and grow our UV Ink Division. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of UV printing inks and applications, hands-on experience in sales within the printing materials industry, and a proven record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell UV inks and related printing consumables to printing and packaging clients.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UV printing sector.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key industry accounts.

* Conduct client visits, product trials, and technical support sessions.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely follow-up on orders.

* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination of supply, delivery, and payment.

* Stay updated with market trends, UV printing technologies, and competitor activities.

* Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

* Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in UV ink or printing materials sales.

* Technical knowledge of UV curing inks, offset/flexo printing processes.

* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

* Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented individual.
