Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (On-Site)

Location: 18C C Block, PIA Housing Society, Johar Town, Lahore

Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive at Vairt, you will lead the front line of our property sales and investor relations. Your primary focus will be to manage and generate qualified leads, conduct sales meetings, and support the team in converting prospects into active investors. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, strong leadership in sales operations, and a passion for real estate and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Management
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads through multiple channels (digital, cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and events).
  • Maintain and update the CRM with all client interactions, ensuring accurate data and timely follow-ups.
  • Develop and execute lead conversion strategies to improve closure rates.
  • Client Engagement & Conversion
  • Conduct one-on-one and group meetings with clients to present investment projects and opportunities.
  • Assist clients in understanding property portfolios and guide them toward suitable investment options.
  • Build trust through professional consultation, clear communication, and transparency.
  • Sales Team Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align goals, campaigns, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Organize and lead regular team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and refine sales approaches.
  • Support junior sales executives in lead handling and closing techniques.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy
  • Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and property valuations to offer accurate advice to clients.
  • Suggest process improvements and creative sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Participate in project planning, marketing surveys, and campaign launches.
  • Reporting & Performance
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
  • Achieve or surpass assigned sales and revenue targets through disciplined follow-up and client retention.
  • Represent the company at property expos, investor meetings, and community networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales or investment advisory.
  • Strong command of English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and client management.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.

Compensation

  • Pay: Rs. 80,000 – Rs. 125,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
