Hiring: Sales Executive – Import Correspondence
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Experience Required: Fresh Graduate – 1 Year
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales support activities, managing correspondence with international vendors, and ensuring timely and efficient communication regarding imports and order processing.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to grow their career in international trade and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain professional communication with international vendors via email, phone, and other channels.
Coordinate and follow up on purchase orders, shipment details, and documentation.
Assist in preparing sales quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
Track shipments and update internal systems and relevant stakeholders on status.
Handle import-related documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.
Liaise with logistics partners and internal departments (sales, finance, operations) to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records of communication, orders, and import activities.
Conduct basic market research to support vendor selection and pricing analysis.
Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.
0–1 year of relevant experience in sales, import, or international correspondence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of import procedures and international trade documentation is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with ERP systems or import management software.
Understanding of Incoterms and shipping documentation.
Previous internship or academic project in international trade or sales is a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
