Sales Executive

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our Display Center team — someone who can turn walk-in visitors into satisfied customers through professional service, product knowledge, and personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk-in clients at the display center, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist in product displays and showroom upkeep.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, building materials, tiles, furniture, or a similar display center environment preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional and confident personality.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
