We are now expanding our dynamic sales force and looking for passionate, skilled, and result-driven Sales Warriors who can take our brand to new heights in both retail and project-based channels.

Position Overview

The Sales Warrior will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

You will actively promote Levin lighting and electrical products to retailers, traders, contractors, consultants, and project clients across the UAE and GCC.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with retailers, traders, contractors, consultants, and facility management companies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities in both retail and project segments.
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, and collections with strong attention to detail.
  • Coordinate closely with the internal sales and logistics teams for smooth execution of orders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and competitor insights.
  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships with clients for long-term cooperation.

Skills & Expertise Required

Our sales warriors must be skilled in:

Sales Excellence

  • Prospecting, closing, negotiation, and follow-up at advanced levels.
  • Ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Market Experience

  • Prior experience in Lighting Fixtures Sales (preferred).
  • Alternatively, proven success selling to:
  • Retail Markets (Non-Food / Electrical)
  • Resellers & Trader Markets
  • Projects (Construction, Fit-Out, Lighting Supply)
  • Maintenance & Facilities Management Companies
  • Interior Design / Shop Design / Fit-Out Companies

  • A creative thinker with excellent listening and negotiation skills.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and demonstrates high personal hygiene standards.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients efficiently.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Possesses the ability to plan strategically and work toward long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in lighting or electrical product categories.
  • Strong network within UAE retail and project sectors.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (depending on experience)
  • Attractive Commission Structure based on performance.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
