Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team at Aesthetic Lab. The ideal candidate will be energetic, well-spoken, and passionate about sales, client engagement, and on-ground marketing.

You will be responsible for handling both front-end and back-end sales operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients, online inquiries, and phone leads.
  • Handle front-end and back-end sales activities efficiently.
  • Execute on-ground marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain sales data, client information, and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Outlook.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in the aesthetic, beauty, wellness, or healthcare sector).
  • Computer proficiency is a must (Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong understanding of front-end & back-end sales operations.
  • Knowledge of on-ground marketing activities and lead generation.
  • Minimum Graduation required.
  • Well-presented, well-spoken, and confident in client interactions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
