We’re looking for a dynamic, driven Sales Executive who thrives in face-to-face interaction, knows how to manage a sales funnel, and can confidently convert leads into loyal members.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads to book gym visits
  • Conduct in-person tours, explain offerings, and close sales
  • Track and manage all prospects through the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate daily reporting and CRM updates
  • Hit weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Build strong relationships and provide excellent after-sales service

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior sales experience (fitness industry a bonus, but not required)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Confident in face-to-face interactions with individuals and groups
  • Organised, proactive, and data-driven — able to manage leads and report performance
  • Energetic personality with a genuine interest in health, wellness, and people
