We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in software development and the IT sector. As a key sales team member, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Company software and IT solutions.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, government entities, and private sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
  • and account management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.


Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience in software development or IT solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of technology products, software, and IT services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • A valid Omani driving license is a plus.
