TownX Real Estate Development is seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Direct Sales Manager to drive and manage direct sales activities for our off-plan residential developments. This role is pivotal in generating, receiving, nurturing, and converting qualified leads into successful property sales. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a structured approach to sales, and a proven ability to close deals while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate and manage direct sales leads through various channels (digital, referrals, walk-ins, events, etc.)

Receive and qualify incoming inquiries, ensuring timely and professional follow-up

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client consultations to convert interest into sales

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including documentation and coordination with internal teams

Address client objections, product rejections, and complex questions with confidence and clarity

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with campaign objectives

Provide post-sale support and ensure a seamless client experience through to handover

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Represent TownX professionally at exhibitions, roadshows, and client meetings

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of the real estate sales process, particularly off-plan developments

Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage client relationships

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism

Excellent time management, follow-up discipline, and organizational skills

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of direct sales experience in real estate or a related sector

UAE market experience preferred; knowledge of local property laws and buyer behaviour is an advantage
