Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Company Formation to join our growing consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling company formation and business setup services in the UAE, including mainland, free zone, and offshore licenses. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to convert leads into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for company formation and business setup services
• Advise clients on mainland, free zone, and offshore company structures
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business setup solutions
• Handle end-to-end sales process: lead follow-up, consultation, quotation, and closure
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity in CRM
• Coordinate with operations and government liaison teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations and market trends

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in company formation / business setup (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation processes (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with proven sales closure ability
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with consultancy or business setup firms in the UAE
• Strong follow-up and client management skills
