Job Purpose:

To support and drive sales activities by ensuring efficient sales operations, accurate documentation, proactive customer engagement, and effective coordination, contributing to the achievement of revenue targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, assess customer needs, and align sales activities with overall business objectives.
  • Proactively generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Lead client engagements by scheduling meetings, delivering tailored sales presentations, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales, pipeline, and financial reports to support performance tracking and management decision-making.
  • Coordinate stock availability for sales activities and product demonstrations to ensure readiness for customer engagements.
  • Represent Emirates Bustanica at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop sales strategies, share market insights, and support the achievement of collective targets.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, communicate insights internally, and support the preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales materials.


Job Context:

This role supports the growth and expansion of Emirates Bustanica’s commercial activities. The Sales Executive is expected to develop strong product knowledge, demonstrate sound commercial awareness, and operate effectively across inside sales, field sales, and the fresh produce (fruit and vegetable) category within a fast-growing, sustainability-focused business environment.


Minimum Education, Experience and Skills

Educational Qualification

  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and vertical farming technology is an advantage.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales-focused role.
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car.

Skills

  • Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Highly organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage schedules, documentation, and sales data effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
