Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Gender: Female (2–3 Openings)
Languages: English
Experience: 3–6 months UAE experience or Real Estate sales experience in home country (mandatory)
Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 + Commission (based on experience)

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will drive sales and client engagement for real estate projects, ensuring exceptional customer experience and achieving revenue targets. This role involves generating leads, following up with potential buyers, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads from various channels (walk-ins, inquiries, referrals).
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them through the property selection and booking process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth client handling.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle client queries professionally and provide timely updates on project status.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Customer-oriented, target-driven, and confident in client interactions.
  • Prior real estate sales experience mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus.
  • Presentable, professional, and highly motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per year
