Commission-Only Appointment Setter

We are hiring commission-only sales professionals with exceptional English, relentless work ethic, and a genuine hunger to build serious long-term wealth.

This is not a comfort job.

The Role

• Calling warm and qualified leads from an existing database
• Booking investors into appointments with senior consultants
• You are paid per appointment that sits and progresses

Pay

• AED 1,000 per appointment sat & progressed
• A normal month for a solid performer: AED 7,500 – 10,000
• Top performers earn more through monthly bonuses
• Paid weekly, based strictly on results from the prior week

Hours (Non-Negotiable)

• Monday–Thursday: 10am–7pm
• Friday: 10am–6pm
• Saturday: 12pm–5pm ONLY if behind target
• Hit target? Friday & Saturday OFF.
• That’s a
• 4-day work week
• for performers.

Visa, Insurance & Progression

• Visa and medical insurance provided after passing probation
• After 8 weeks consistently on target, we may offer:
• A small basic salary, even without promotion
• Do not ask for salary before this point - it will disqualify you
