The role

You will work the full B2B sales cycle with US business owners and decision-makers. First contact, discovery, objection handling, close. Leads are provided. Tools are provided. There is no script and no approval chain between you and the close. You own your pipeline and your numbers.

What you will need

Two or more years of outbound US B2B sales experience. Professional English that holds a real conversation with an American business owner under pressure. Night shift 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar, Monday to Saturday.

What you will earn

PKR 55,000 – 65,000 guaranteed base, paid on time every month — as it has been since 2012. Commission is a direct function of your close rate. No caps. No tiers. No management discretion. PKR 194,000 was what our top performer closed in commission in January. That number is available to anyone on this team who earns it.
