Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join First Solution Management Services, a trusted partner of leading banks in the UAE. The role involves promoting Credit Cards, while maintaining professionalism and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, field visits, and networking.
• Promote and sell Credit Cards and cross sell Personal Loans, and Auto Loans to customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct product presentations and explain key features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

Requirements

• Age: 20 to 35 years.
• Experience: Prior experience in banking or financial product sales (UAE or home country) preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
• Target-driven, professional, and customer-focused.
• Presentable and well-organized with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Other:

• UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
• Clear credit history.
• Experience in Banking Product Sales is preferable.
