- Identify, engage, and onboard institutional clients including banks, fintechs, PSPs, and payment acquirers
- Promote and sell POS, SoftPOS, payment gateway, and digital acquiring solution
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and tailored solution demonstrations
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with product and technical teams to structure customized solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals and support contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience in payments technology, fintech, banking, or POS/SoftPOS solutions
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with institutional clients such as banks and fintechs
- Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystem and acquiring models
- Knowledge of SBP regulatory environment and card schemes is an advantage

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
