Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience on Upwork. The ideal candidate will generate leads, manage client communication, close deals, and handle project negotiations on Upwork while working during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on Upwork, including profile optimization and proposal submissions.
• Source new clients, generate leads, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify client needs, pitch services effectively, and close sales deals.
• Track and report sales metrics and performance on Upwork.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Handle client communications professionally and promptly during night shift hours.
• Stay updated on Upwork policies, trends, and best practices to maximize business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1.5+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in online freelance platforms like Upwork.
• Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals on Upwork.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a night shift schedule.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Professional and customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
