Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing sales to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and approach potential customers.

· Promote and sell insurance products to clients.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

· Follow up with leads and maintain proper sales records.

· Provide after-sales support and customer service.

Requirements:

· Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· 0-1 year of sales experience

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office.
