We’re Hiring: Sales Executives

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives with 6 months to 1 year of experience, particularly in cold calling and client communication, who are ready to grow in Sales and Business Development. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment with real opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play an active role in lead generation, client outreach, and deal support. You’ll be directly involved in engaging prospects, building relationships, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up with inbound leads
• Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the sales team
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, NDAs, and invoices
• Follow up with prospects to move deals forward and support closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
• Conduct basic market and competitor research

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably with cold calling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with clients and handling objections
• Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in B2B sales or business development
• Prior experience with email outreach campaigns
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
