Sales Executive

A leading Software Development Company are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have experience in a call center environment, excellent communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of CRM systems to manage leads and drive sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals
• Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers to understand their needs
• Maintain and update customer data using CRM systems
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide accurate product/service information to customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Prepare sales reports and update performance trackers

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong call handling and persuasion skills
• Experience working in a call center environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling)

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 years of experience in sales or call center roles
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply
