Job Description:
Hiring a Sales Executive for an Online Quran Academy to engage with US/UK parents, promote services, and convert inquiries into enrollments.

The candidate must be professional, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, messages, and social media platforms.

Present the academy's Quran teaching services professionally and answer inquiries.

Follow up with leads and convert them into enrolled students.

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments.

Coordinate with the admissions and management team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.

Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and conversion progress.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Lead Generation, or Business Development.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
