We are seeking a motivated B2B Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, identifying client needs, and selling customized software solutions and digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert B2B leads into software development projects.
  • Pitch and present company software services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare proposals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software or IT service sales (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and digital products.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven personality.
